The National Homelessness Advice Service (NHAS)
is a partnership between Shelter and Citizens Advice
funded by the Communities and Local Government
Department. The aim of the organisation is to minimise
housing problems and prevent homelessness by providing timely advice, and ensuring good practice
is developed by local authorities.

Although 17 years old the charity had little brand recognition within its sector. Mash was asked to
develop a brand image for the organisation. This involved re-cutting the logo, defining the colour
palette and typography usage and creating a library
of illustrations. We also defined the look and feel of
the website.
